As I told you before, I’m going through a stage in my life where everything is changing, from my weight and body to my skin, mood, and more. It’s very difficult for me to lose weight now, even though I eat healthier, try not to eat fatty foods, and don’t drink sugary drinks or soda. Giving up sugar is the hardest thing for me because I love chocolate and desserts.
A week ago, I went to visit my children in Florida. I was there for four days, and we spent three of those days at Universal Studios. That meant I was doing a lot of walking, almost 32,000 steps a day. We also had a few drinks and ate fast food. I have to admit, I gained five pounds during those days, but I truly enjoyed spending time with my kids. Now I’m back to reality and continuing to work toward my goal of losing weight by eating healthy, staying hydrated, staying active, exercising, and taking care of my body and skin.
My husband and I have a trip planned for August, and his birthday is in September. We’re going to celebrate with a small party for our family and friends. Before then, I’d like to feel a little better. Right now, I feel tired and low on energy, and I’d also like to lose a little weight so I can feel more comfortable.
For now, my goal is to lose 10 pounds, and I’d like to share my weekly routine with you. Based on my weight and height, I should eat a total of 1,350 calories on the days I exercise and 1,200 calories on the days I don’t.
